Patient Navigator

WHAT IS A PATIENT NAVIGATOR AND WHY DO I NEED ONE? -An independent patient navigator is someone who works with you and for you creating your health plan.

Our healthcare system is complex and broken. Plagued with multiple difficulties, dysfunctions, and lack of coordination at all levels of care. An independent patient navigator works with you and for you through every step of the process. Whether you have multiple chronic conditions or have just been discharged from the hospital.

These services are not paid by insurance companies, hospitals, or health care systems. Therefore, I can put your interests first. Professional patient advocacy services are a worthwhile investment. Now more than ever, it's important to be prepared.

While professional patient navigators have been sidelined from many face to face encounters, I will still be here working for you behind the scenes to ensure you receive the very best care.

I encourage people of all ages, sick or healthy, to create a basic medical profile in the event of health complications or emergencies. During these uncertain times, there are several discussions and/or preparations that will assist your treatment team in the event you are hospitalized.

I offer a 30 minute complimentary phone consult to learn more about your needs & answer any questions you may have prior to investing in my patient  advocacy services.

Contact me to schedule your initial consultation.
